Our consultancy service is specifically meant for companies who want information about switching to a waste free organisation. You consider making sustainable changes, but have no idea where to start.
We advise you on how to take care of reducing plastic - single-use takeaway waste coming from office cafes, canteens, coffee corners & pantries. We also help event organisers.
To do this, you need to know how and what to think of when switching to reusable tableware. Through our consultancy service we provide you with all the ins and outs of the industry. What hurdles you need to think of when considering making the transition to a sustainable solution.
Our consultancy service applies to companies in roughly two different stages. Those who haven’t switched to reusable tableware yet and are curious about the industry, and those who have switched, but could use some help with monitoring, communications or measuring impact.

Our workshop service is aimed at companies that want to implement a reusable tableware solution themselves, but need pointers to understand what the process looks like. Through our workshops we help you explore the industry and create an actionable plan ready to be executed by your team. In particular our workshops are meant for office cafes, canteens, vending machines, events and conferences.
There are three stages that you go through in the full process of implementing a sustainable tableware solution. Preparation, execution and monitoring. While execution and monitoring are stages further down the road for you to take care of, preparation is what we help you with during our workshops. We prepare you to implement a full sustainable solution.
We find that our workshops have the most impact on companies that are planning to replace single-use packaging with reusable tableware, but will implement by themselves. After our workshops you could implement a full-fledged solution or decide to start with a pilot. Whichever method you choose, replacing your takeaway packaging with reusable tableware will be a smooth process with our custom made plan.

Our implementation solution is the perfect answer for companies that want a full (sustainable) package deal. From the preparation stage, to executing the plan, to monitoring all the results and impact. We work together on the full process, from A to Z.
From start to finish, our implementation service offers step by step guidance for making the transition from disposable packaging to reusable tableware for offices and events.
Whether it’s an office coffee corner or an entire conference, we’ll make sure you can offer staff, employees, or visitors reusables. We do transitions for office cafes, canteens, pantries, vending machines, events and conferences.
We prepare your business by analysing your operation, advising on reusables, selecting return systems, figuring out logistics, calculating financial and environmental impact, and of course creating an actionable plan that’s ready for execution!
We roll out the plan and implement the full solution. We help you set up your office or event with reusables. Staff receives inhouse training and we deliver communications and promotional material to get users acquainted with a new way of drinking a cup of coffee or eating a salad.
After implementing the solution, we keep tabs on how it’s going and monitor everything. From satisfaction levels to environmental impact. CO2 reports, financial reports, user experience reviews. All findings are included. A real full-service implementation.

Preparation phase - analysis of your operations, inventory, expected CO2 savings & financial impact, advice on reusables, return systems, best logistics, dishwashing solutions, designing the step-by-step implementation plan.
Execution phase - facilitating delivery of all products, implementing chosen return system,, delivery of communications, staff training (available in Dutch and English), including awareness video for staff members.
Monitoring phase - delivery of CO2 impact reports, financial performance evaluating staff and user experience, adjusting the implementation where needed.
